There is free parking in the surrounding Gasworks Park neighborhood but finding spots can be difficult. Give yourself extra time and pack your patience. Consider rideshare, carpooling, or public transportation. Also, there is also a bike corral at the event site for those who prefer an alternative mode to travel.
There is a routine security screening (bag check) to enter the park.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Entrance to the VIP area is on the EAST side of the old gas plant (rust-color structures). If you are facing the lake union, go to the LEFT of the structures. There is not a west side entrance and no short cut to get to the other side. Ticket is required for VIP gate entrance.

Shuttles and public transportation

Participants are invited to get to the park using public transportation, including Metro and Link Light Rail, as well as ride-share and bicycle options.
Guests arriving via Link Light Rail 1 line can get off at the Columbia Center Station and take advantage of our free round-trip shuttle service from the station to the park Friday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. A bus will take you free of charge from the Light Rail to the Main Gate of Seafair Weekend.Members of the military and their families will receive free rides on Metro Transit by simply showing their military ID.
